Personal Data: Collection – Protection – Visitor Rights
Rethinkedu.gr complies with the Greek (Law 2472/1997 etc.) and EU legislation (and from 25.5.2018 with the EU Regulation 2016/679) on the protection of Personal Data. During simple browsing no personal data of the visitor/user is collected. Personal data of the visitor/user are collected when he/she:

(c) reserve at any time the right to submit a report or complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority (Personal Data Protection Authority, Kifissia 1-3, P.K. 11523 Athens, https:///www.dpa.gr) in case of any possible violation of the legislation on their personal data or in case of a legitimate and reasonable objection on their part regarding the way their data is processed.
