Personal Data: Collection \u2013 Protection \u2013 Visitor Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rethinkedu.gr complies with the Greek (Law 2472\/1997 etc.) and EU legislation (and from 25.5.2018 with the EU Regulation 2016\/679) on the protection of Personal Data. During simple browsing no personal data of the visitor\/user is collected. Personal data of the visitor\/user are collected when he\/she:<\/p>\n

(a) registers for services<\/p>\n

(b) uses its products or services<\/p>\n

(c) visits its pages or enters advertising programmes<\/p>\n

(d) participates in competitions.<\/p>\n

In these cases, the visitor\u2019s\/user\u2019s email data are collected. These data are used exclusively to inform and support users in the provision of the services they have chosen to subscribe to and to inform them about the promotion of new services.<\/p>\n

Subscribers to the company\u2019s services are hereby informed that:<\/p>\n

(a) the collected data will be processed only for the purposes necessary to provide the requested services. The recipients of the data will be exclusively the Management and competent and authorised persons of the Company, for whom accessed is deemed necessary for the fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes,<\/p>\n

(b) retain the possibility to exercise the rights deriving from Law 2472\/1997 (mainly from Articles 12 and 13 \u2013 right of access and objection to the processing of personal data, respectively) as well as from 25.5.2018 and onwards, from Articles 15 (\u201cright of access to data and information on data\u201d), 16 (\u201cright of rectification\u201d), 17 (\u201cright to erasure\u201d \u2013 \u201cright to be forgotten\u201d), 18 (\u201cright to restriction of processing\u201d), 20 (\u201cright to data portability\u201d) of Regulation 2016\/679 EU, in accordance with the legal conditions for their exercise,<\/p>\n

(c) reserve at any time the right to submit a report or complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority (Personal Data Protection Authority, Kifissia 1-3, P.K. 11523 Athens, https:\/\/\/www.dpa.gr<\/a>) in case of any possible violation of the legislation on their personal data or in case of a legitimate and reasonable objection on their part regarding the way their data is processed.<\/p>\n
